Promotion & Event Management
From seamlessly executing a 12,000+ person music festival to creating a leadership summit for the University of Texas, my event management experience is vast and and widespread
Texas Interfraternity Council Presents
ROUNDUP
Background: In March of 2019, I served as the Executive Producer of Roundup, a 24–event music festival at the University of Texas at Austin. During this 2–day experience, UT Greek Life hosts 12,000+ students ages 18-12 from all over the country. All revenue collected from tickets and sponsorships is donated to the B+ Foundation and local Austin charities.
Revolutionized: While this annual event has been college student staple, it was time to make changes. Many updates needed to be made as the model hadn't been changed in multiple years and was causing multiple complications.
Below were the changes that I brought to this 80+ year old event, mimicking music festival best practices:

AMF IT UP!
Every semester, the interns of C3–Presents work together to produce their own event to raise money for a nonprofit of our choosing. I was selected to be the Team Lead (Executive Producer), in which I oversaw all booking, promotion, production, sponsorships and operations day of the show. Our show was held at an Austin Staple Venue: Stubb's Indoor. For our nonprofit, we chose the Austin Music Foundation (AMF), a company that focuses on connected and strengthening the Austin music community through many innovative programs.
IFC PRESENTS
Hilinski's Hope
To educate the community about mental health, (one of my core initiatives as the 2019 IFC President) my executive board organized a university–wide event, inviting the family of the deceased Washington State quarterback Tyler Hilinski, to discuss the importance of taking care of yourself and others.
